Emerging growth Canadian companies regularly need to raise capital. This panel of experts will offer insights on how such companies can access the U.S. financial markets, with or without concurrent offerings in Canada.

In addition, the Canadian financial markets are becoming increasingly more influential for U.S. companies, both in terms of listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, and meeting capital raising needs. This web seminar will offer growing companies on both sides of the border information on the state of the Canadian markets and the best ways to access capital in those markets.
